The National Association for Critical Illness Insurance  (NACII) formed in 2002, continued to be the leading advocate for Critical Illness Insurance in the United States last year. For the last thirteen years, NACII has spearheaded programs designed to educate and disseminate information in an effort to synchronize development of insurer products, insurance department regulation and to enhance the publics and producers knowledge of the growing need for Critical Illness Insurance (CII).



  • To sponsor and promote practical skill-based education programs
  • To engage in active information dissemination and publishing activities to increase knowledge and understanding of critical illness
  • To serve as an active liaison to provide research and data analysis of critical illness and related subjects
  • To work in collaboration with organizations to develop an understanding of the need for critical illness coverage

The National Association for Critical Illness Insurance - NACII - was established to provide a forum for discussion on Critical Illness Insurance; to become a distribution source for information and education on Critical Illness Insurance; and, to serve as a distribution channel for establishing and promoting Critical Illness Insurance industry policy, industry education and industry position.
